In what location will the shooting take place?

According to the package and coordination, it could be in our studio, your home, outdoors, or a hotel suite.

How many people will be there at the session?

You can bring a companion with you (required for minors). The portraitist and his assistant will be present; we normally have one assistant, but on some occasions the studio manager supervises the session in person. We can ask anyone to step out to ensure your comfort.

What should I bring with me?

We will send you an email with a reminder of all the items we discussed and coordinated 1 week before and 2 days before the photo session.

In addition, please bring any items you consider would apply to your portrait.

How long does the session take?

Session length depends on your selected experience. Portrait sessions are typically 1 to 2 hours. Collection and Signature sessions can run up to 3 hours of shooting plus setup and breakdown time, which varies by location. Our Signature experience includes location coordination if requested, though most clients prefer the comfort of their own home or backyard

When can I have my digital images and portrait ready?

Your fully edited digital images will be delivered through a private digital gallery. We will send a link to the email on file, typically within a couple of weeks after the session.

Your digital portrait will take up to 3 weeks after you have selected the images. Once ready, we will deliver your order to the address on file, with complimentary in-person delivery and professional installation.

What is the difference between booking a consultation and booking a session?

A consultation is a free opportunity to get to know each other, answer all your questions, and discuss your vision.

Booking a session means selecting the date for your photo session itself, discussing the details, and paying the session fee.

What are your hours of operation?

Consultations are offered Monday through Friday 10am - 4pm. For photo sessions we operate according to coordinated bookings

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and we are committed to helping you display that beautiful portrait on your walls. While the session fee is non-refundable, we offer up to 2 free reschedules with 48 hours advance notice. This is because in some cases we need to book locations (such as hotel suites for boudoir) and coordinate transportation of equipment and props.
