Born in Lima, Peru, Frank spent nearly a decade sailing the world — absorbing light, color, and the quiet power of human expression across dozens of cultures and coastlines. That decade of seeing people in their most unguarded moments became the foundation of everything he does behind the camera today.

His pursuit of mastery has taken him across continents — studying under international masters, each with a distinct technique that shaped a new dimension of his craft. From painting in France to portrait traditions spanning multiple countries, every discipline and every mentor added a layer to the artist he is today. His work is not one style borrowed — it is the sum of everything he has studied, absorbed, and made his own.

Frank is a proud member of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina (PPNC) and the Texas Professional Photographers Association (TPPA), and has earned his Professional Photographers of America certification — a distinction held by a select few — ensuring every portrait meets the highest standard of technical excellence and artistic vision.
